Our Price Promise means that if you find a lower priced identical stocked item that's in stock with a competitor (even if it's on sale) and we can verify that price online, we will match it.
In order to claim our Price Promise please contact our customer service team at customerservice@tailsandtreats.com.au including the following details:
- Your name and email address
- Contact phone number
- The website and the link to the product with a lower price
- The price at which the competitor is offering the product
Our Price Promise excludes the items listed below:
- Cashback and coupon offers (i.e. supplier cashback or reduced price available via paper coupon or electronic codeword)
- Commercial quantities and pricing (i.e. a reduced or wholesale price not available to the public)
- Members only/subscription prices
- Stock liquidations (i.e. competitor clearance products or goods sold by a business placed into receivership)
- Bonus/bundled product promotions
- Grey/direct imports
- Products that are not available to purchase online
Once we have validated the price and the request meets the Price Promise criteria we will request your delivery address and your order details (excluding payment information) and create a draft order with the revised agreed price.
You will be sent a link and be required to complete payment through our secure payment services within 48 hours in order to complete the transaction.
We reserve the right to limit sales to reasonable retail quantities and to cease this offer at any time.
